Rug Hooking is one of America's oldest art forms. I fell in love with the art of rug hooking as a little girl and feel that it has been a good friend during all the stages of my life. Through my teaching and association with the rug guilds, I have been fortunate to meet special and talented individuals everywhere I go in the rug hooking world. Thank you for visiting me here-- Most of the rugs are original designs however a few are my interpretation of another designer's drawing. All the wools are original formulas developed through years playing in the dye pot. Click on the wool fan picture to see my special artist wools.
I call my wool "artist wool," because no two pieces are exactly the same. These wool creations often happen when I'm playing around in the dye pot looking for just the right combination of color for an particular motif in a rug. These wools are also great used in quilting and applique. Click on "Contact Jane" and I will send you free samples of my wool!
